Package # 5 - Video Workshops
Lake Clark Air and The Farm Lodge invite you to our new videography workshops, guided by Doug Gardner.
Doug is an experienced producer and television host who specializes in wildlife cinematography and photography. His award winning PBS show Wild Photo Adventures (www.wildphotoadventures.com) has an international following of over 171 million viewers in 17 countries.
A new adventure awaits each day as we travel by well maintained floatplane, bush plane or boat in search of bears, caribou, moose, eagles, tundra, wildflowers, rugged mountains and glaciers, deep blue lakes, salmon-filled streams, active volcanoes, historic log cabins, and other hidden treasures of the Alaska backcountry in and around Lake Clark and Katmai National Parks.
Our videography workshops include daily guided expeditions, as well as optional evening activities to get you into the best light for the most memorable scenes. It is our goal to send you home with unforgettable memories and footage. We offer personalized, one-on-one instruction for consumer level cameras, DSLR and broadcast level cameras.
Guests will enjoy staying in our beautifully situated cabins and lodge with home-made Alaskan meals and a courteous trained staff to handle all your needs.

"I have worked all over the world and I can tell you that an Alaskan adventure with Lake Clark Air and The Farm Lodge is second to none! There is no shortage of wildlife adventure here! Their extremely skilled pilot/guides know exactly how to get you in position safely for those once in a lifetime shots. This is unlike any workshop you've ever attended; our classroom will be the remote grandeur of Alaska's backcountry and our subjects will be among the most beautiful and wild on earth. Imagine standing in a remote stream filled with salmon and looking through your viewfinder as brown bears charge through the water chasing their next meal or flying over stunning snow capped mountains and looking down into a steaming volcano, it's these type experiences make learning a life changing event. I will work with each person to ensure that you come away with the skills you need to get great video footage regardless of your skill level or equipment. I'm looking forward to exploring Alaska with you!"
